Fridmar Professional Corporation
Rebuilt a construction law firm's WordPress site in Next.js with Sanity CMS β faster, cleaner, and fully editable by the team.

The Brief
A firm that had outgrown its old website
Fridmar Professional Corporation had been running on a dated WordPress theme that no longer reflected the calibre of their work. The site was slow, hard to update, and visually behind where a modern law firm needed to be. Dan Fridmar came to KrysisLabs with one ask β rebuild it properly, with a CMS the team could actually use, and a design that commands respect in a competitive legal market.

The Challenge
Legal clients judge credibility in seconds
Construction law is a high-stakes, relationship-driven industry. A prospective client arriving on the site is usually dealing with a contract dispute, a lien claim, or a project gone wrong β they need to trust their counsel immediately. The old site wasn't doing that job. Beyond aesthetics, the firm also runs a rich content operation: the Concrete Concepts blog, the #Lawntrepreneurs podcast, and the Drill Bit Vlog β all of which needed a proper home and a sustainable editorial workflow.
Client Intake
A custom funnel that qualifies clients before the first call
One of the most impactful features we built was a multi-step client intake questionnaire embedded directly into the site. Before a consultation is ever booked, prospective clients walk through a structured flow that captures their practice area, the nature of their matter, their timeline, and their expectations. By the time Dan sits down with a new client, he already understands their situation β saving time on both sides and allowing the consultation to start with substance rather than introductions.

Content & Resources
An advanced resources hub β fully customisable, fully theirs
The new resources platform goes far beyond a basic blog. Each of the firm's four practice areas has its own dedicated deep-dive section β fully editable through Sanity β where the team can publish articles, podcast episodes, vlogs, and guides. The #Lawntrepreneurs podcast, Concrete Concepts blog, and Drill Bit Vlog each have their own structured content types, making it easy for the team to publish consistently without any developer involvement.
The CMS
Full editorial ownership β no developers needed
The entire platform is managed through a custom Sanity Studio built specifically for the Fridmar team. Every page, every team profile, every blog post, every practice area β all editable from a clean dashboard that the firm controls entirely. This was a deliberate choice: the firm should never be dependent on an agency to update their own website. KrysisLabs built them a platform they own outright, with the scalability to grow into whatever comes next.
The Result
From a dated template to a platform built for the long game
Fridmar Professional Corporation now operates on a modern, fully owned digital platform that matches the quality of their legal work. The custom intake funnel is converting curious visitors into qualified consultations. The resources hub is strengthening the firm's reputation as a thought leader in construction law. And the team publishes content on their own schedule, without touching a line of code. This is what future-proof looks like for a law firm that takes its craft seriously.
